Description
The print depicts two whales on the left hand side and a person on the right. The whales are slightly smaller than the person and have a dappled texture. The whales have high foreheads and short snouts possibly suggesting that they are bottlenose whales. The farthest whale on the left is shown with its tail up and the nose down as though it was diving. The other whale seems to be having an intimate moment with the human as the two appear to be making eye contact. The human has their arms outstretched to the whale and the figure's right hand might be touching the whale's face. Bubbles emerge from the person's mouth and their hair swoops upwards suggesting that they are underwater. The person is depicted in profile wearing a qulittuq, pants, boots and mittens. Most of their garments are textured with a dappled pattern. The design is done in gradients of black and blue against the white of the page.
