Necklace
1950-2019
seed beads, thread, synthetic hide
overall: 43.5 cm x 3.5 cm
The necklace has three medallions with red, white, blue, and yellow beads on a black background, possibly depicting a thunderbird. The backings of the medallions are orange. Each medallion has the same design but they get progressively smaller from the top to the bottom. The medallion on the bottom has black and white beaded fringes. There is a black and white beaded string that is attached to the medallions. One end is attached by a thin loop of thread on the top medallion and the other end appears to have broken off of its thread loop.
