The composition has been created with delicate watercolour brushstrokes. A large mountain is in the centre of a yellowed piece of paper. The mountain has a flat top and is covered in white snow. At the bottom of the composition is a green hill. Some of the paint in the bottom left region of the green hill has a shiney quality, while the rest of the paint is matte. There are three conifer trees in the bottom left quardant and three trees in the centre-right quadrant sitting upon the hill. There is a signature in the bottom-middle right quadrant. There is a gold border around the edges of the paper, visible when the piece is viewed from the sides.
