A mask shape surrounded by a rectangle with rounded edges, seemingly all carved out a single piece of wood. The mask has large round eyes without any holes for a wearer to peak through. There are openings at the top of the mask above the forehead and under the chin. The base of the mask is painted white with red and black designs. The only other colour is olive green around the eyes. Formline design elements are used around the edges and on the mask's cheeks.
